INCLUSIONS:
You may include up to THREE (3) inclusions per item. Some items are specifically for certain inclusions (such as breastmilk and hair), if that is the case it will be noted in the item's description.

Shipping Instructions
United States Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your inclusions to me. On average it will cost $5-6 to ship within the United States. Return Shipping within the United States is FREE.
International Shipping Outside of United States:
I do ship internationally! You are responsible for the cost of shipping your inclusions to me. Return shipping for Canada orders will incur a $10 fee. To order, please choose international shipping at checkout!
BREASTMILK:
Half an ounce (15ml) of breastmilk is enough for most orders! It doesn't matter if the milk is freshly pumped or 10 years old, as long as it isn't moldy I can use it!
Please TRIPLE bag your milk in three breastmilk storage bags/Ziploc bags/or a combo of those.PLEASE NOTE: the innermost bag must be a breastmilk storage bag (the outer two bags can be Ziploc)! Be sure to write your name on the outermost bag! Take your bagged breastmilk to USPS or UPS and ship in a bubble mailer. If you ship per my instructions, the cost will be about $5-6 within the United States.
HAIR:
I need a small pinch of hair but it does help if the hair is neat and one solid clump. Please provide the longest piece you can get (at least 1" long and 5mm wide if possible)! Please place the hair inside a small piece of aluminum foil, fold the foil into a square, then place it in a small Ziploc bag. Be sure to write the name that goes with your sample of hair on the Ziploc bag! If you are sending more than one sample of hair, be sure to write each name on the corresponding bag! You can then ship the hair with your milk/other inclusions (or by itself--please follow the instructions for shipping breastmilk above).
ASHES:
To ship your loved one's ashes, please place about 1/4 teaspoon inside a Ziploc bag or small container with a screw on lid. If using a container, seal it tightly and place it inside a Ziploc bag. Be sure to write your name on the bag! You can ship the ashes in the same bubble mailer with your milk/other inclusions (or by itself--please follow the instructions for shipping breastmilk above).
PLACENTA:
DRIED PLACENTA ONLY! Please do not send me raw placenta! I only need one (1) capsule of dried encapsulated placenta. Please place your capsule inside a Ziploc bag with your name on it. You can ship the bagged capsule in the same bubble mailer with your milk/other inclusions.
UMBILICAL CORD:
For umbilical cord stump inclusions, simply snip off a small piece of your baby's cord stump and place it in a Ziploc bag with your name on it. You can ship this bag in the same bubble mailer with your milk/other inclusions.
IMPORTANT NOTES, PLEASE READ!
1. Please write your name on each bag of inclusions you send! This helps me make sure all inclusions go with the correct order!
2. I recommend you get tracking on your package! I will not be responsible for any inclusions that are lost or damaged while on their way to me.
3. If UPS asks you what is inside your package simply tell them "jewelry-making supplies". I had one customer have trouble shipping after she told the UPS representative that she was shipping breastmilk.
Jewelry Care Instructions
DO:
- Store your jewelry in a safe, dry place.
- Clean your jewelry with the included microfiber cloth.
- Rinse your jewelry with water to remove trapped debris and clean dirt/grime.
- Avoid contact with harsh chemicals (hairspray, household cleaners etc).
DO NOT:
- Wear your jewelry while sleeping.
- Wear your jewelry while tanning or getting a manicure.
- Wear your jewelry while working out at the gym.
- Wear your jewelry while bathing or swimming.
- Clean your jewelry with a chemical jewelry cleaning cloth.

During this time, if you have any issues with your jewelry, please reach out and I will be happy to correct the issue or replace your jewelry at no cost to you!
After 90 days, Bee & Blossom Keepsakes offers a lifetime replacement guarantee.
If you have any problems with your jewelry after 90 days (gold plating wears off, stone falls out etc), I will gladly replace the inclusions stone/ setting or both for a set fee.
- $20 - replace inclusion stone only
- $50 - replace setting only (for pieces under $100)
- $60 - replace setting only (for pieces over $100)
- 15% off if you would like the entire piece replaced
